The Posture People is a consulting firm specializing in office ergonomics and posture and movement training. Our mission is to reduce costly repetitive stress injuries in the workplace by implementing effective ergonomic interventions and training.

Our services offer you the ability to learn how to independently adjust and manage your posture, chairs and desks to best improve your comfort level while working. The Posture People can help improve quality of work, productivity, and performance by teaching professionals the healthiest way to sit, stand and move. We can teach you what good posture is, and how to achieve it on your own.
